Climatics Testing

The effects of product exposure to climate-related conditions are modeled through the use of special test chambers. These chambers have the ability to cover extreme environmental variations as well as constant temperature and humidity levels.  We offer a wide range of chamber sizes from 2 to 3,500 cubic feet.

   
Dynamics Testing

Dynamics testing evaluates a product’s ability to withstand stresses occurring during normal and adverse operating conditions. These can also include conditions found during transport and product installation. Dynamics testing is common in commercial, industrial, and military applications. These tests can be performed individually or in combination with temperature cycling and hydraulic flow tests. 

   
 
EMI/EMC Testing

Electromagnetic Interference and Electromagnetic Compatibility testing services are required for devices, systems, and applications within the military and aerospace industries. Weapons, aircraft, ground and support equipment, electrical, and electronics must meet requirements.  We offer testing to MIL-STD-461 A, B, C, D, E and F.

Munitions Testing

E-Labs has an extensive background in the development and testing of Less Than Lethal (LTL) devices. We have a full service quality assurance testing facility and can set up ammunition evaluation and testing protocols for most measurements required on a test range. We are also able to gather relevant data using state-of-the-art technology.

Optical Testing

With E-Labs' state-of-the-art high speed CCD based multi-channel pectroradiometer, precision lamp sources, high-intensity projection sources as well as integrating spheres, E-LABS can perform complex luminous (photopic) transmittance and NVG-weighted transmittance measurements as specified in ATPD 2352.

Pressure Testing

All metal, plastic, and composite parts intended to contain liquids or gases under pressure are required to undergo stringent pressure testing procedures to meet qualification standards. E-Labs can meet our customers’ needs for pressure testing using a multitude of different gases over an extended range of pressures. Rigorous field test conditions are simulated in a controlled lab environment allowing us to test and measure volumetric expansion in a cylinder while providing positive quality assurance.

Thermal Vacuum Testing

E-Labs Inc. state-of-the-art thermal vacuum testing chambers provide a clean, temperature controlled, high vacuum environment for testing high-tech products in space simulated or high altitude conditions. Extreme environmental conditions are simulated during flight-like scenarios to re-create the operational environment that the product will experience in space. These conditions include alternate cycles of extreme heat and cold, pressure extremes, solar radiation levels, and the airless conditions of space.
